Vince V. Misa appeals a judgment arising out of his conviction of one count of torture and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and by means of force likely to cause great bodily injury. He contends that: (1) there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction of torture; (2) the torture statute (Pen. Code, § 206) is unconstitutionally vague; and (3) the court improperly imposed a serious felony prior enhancement twice, once on the torture count and once on the second assault count. (All statutory references are to the Penal Code unless otherwise specified.) We conclude that Misas arguments are unavailing and affirm the judgment.
